Job Description

Position Overview
Lead and execute supply chain strategies to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, optimize inventory, and reduce logistics costs. This role requires a strategic mindset, operational excellence, and collaborative leadership across the Americas region.

Day-to-Day
• Develop policies, procedures, and KPIs to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency
• Lead supply chain operations across sites in the USA, Canada, Peru, and Brazil
• Optimize demand planning and forecasting accuracy
• Manage inventory strategies to reduce stockouts and excess
• Ensure production planning aligns with demand and capacity
• Guarantee raw material availability while maintaining safety stock
• Analyze historical data to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency
• Build departmental strategies, budgets, and infrastructure
• Foster collaboration and effective decision-making
Oversee team performance, coaching, and career development

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years in supply chain management, including 5+ years in pharmaceutical/nutraceutical/consumer product industries
• 5+ years of management experience
• Knowledge of cGMP, DEA, and FDA regulations
• Proven leadership in continuous improvement initiatives
• Analytical and ERP system adaptability
Flexible schedule and willingness to travel internationally (~10%). Valid passport required
