Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Digital Casino & Loyalty Product Owner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in loyalty programs or gaming (casino) and proven experience as a Digital Product Owner (PO) or Product Manager (PM).

Define and maintain the product backlog for the Casino & Loyalty product team, ensuring alignment with the overall strategy and roadmap.
Lead the development of foundational platform components that enhance personalized guest experiences, including content management systems, data orchestration frameworks, and loyalty program tools.
Collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, and developers to implement sophisticated capabilities within the platform.
Work with architects and engineers to design scalable, reliable, and secure systems that support complex workloads while maintaining excellent performance.
Coordinate with cybersecurity, legal, and privacy teams to ensure all application components comply with data protection regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) and company policies.
Develop clear, detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for product features, ensuring engineering teams have the necessary information to build effectively.
Prioritize technical debt, performance improvements, and infrastructure optimizations alongside new feature development.
Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into business value and communicating product capabilities and limitations.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience within a product related role
Digital Marketing/ Ecommerce or Customer experience background
Experience with product road map development, sprint planning, managing backlogs, communicating with stakeholders
Experience using data to generate ideation, JIRA workflows, A/B testing, analysis in Adobe analytics and Behavioral analysis tools
