Job Description
This individual will serve as the primary administrator for Royal Caribbean's Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform while supporting its Media Asset Management (MAM) environment, with roughly 60% of their focus dedicated to DAM administration and 40% to MAM operations. They will manage day-to-day asset workflows, media ingestion, metadata tagging, cataloging, archiving, user access requests, and asset distribution while partnering closely with marketing, production, and creative teams. The role requires someone who is comfortable wearing multiple hats, responding to a high volume of ad hoc requests, troubleshooting issues, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve workflows and asset organization. The ideal candidate is personable, highly organized, and solution-oriented, with the ability to build relationships across departments, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and ensure digital assets remain secure, accessible, and properly governed. The hourly rate ranges between $25-30.

Required Skills & Experience
· 3-5 years of experience in Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Media Asset Management (MAM)
· Hands-on experience administering DAM and MAM platforms, managing workflows, metadata, taxonomy, and asset libraries
· Understanding of image usage rights, asset security, brand protection, and legal/compliance considerations
· Technical knowledge of asset cataloging, file formats, resolution, color profiles, codecs, and media storage best practices
· Understanding of post-production workflows, photo/video file types, RAW vs. edited assets, and archiving processes
· Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
Self-starter with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
· Bachelor's degree
· Adobe Creative Cloud experience (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.)
· Experience leveraging AI tools within media or asset management workflows
Cruise, travel, hospitality, or entertainment industry experience
