Job Description

• Lead and manage UX teams supporting marketing and eCommerce initiatives
• Drive the UX vision for a global digital transformation
• Create and oversee customer journeys, process flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes
• Partner with product, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive experiences
• Stay hands-on in design work, including prototyping and iterating within AI-driven tools
• Build and evolve design systems, including annotations and usage guidelines
• Guide content and design documentation to ensure consistency across platforms
• Help define and implement AI-driven experiences to enhance personalization and user engagement

Required Skills & Experience

6+ years of experience in UX design
• 2+ years of experience leading and managing UX teams
• Experience working on marketing websites and eCommerce platforms
• Proven ability to set UX strategy and deliver vision across teams
• Hands-on experience creating customer journeys, process flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes
• Experience designing or prototyping within AI tools or AI-driven experiences
• Strong ability to communicate design strategy and interaction behaviors to stakeholders
