Provides analyses and explanation of report outputs to contribute to the financial understanding of RCM functions.
Participates in the strategy and vision for business intelligence and analytics, spanning thought the RCM organization, ad-hoc query and analysis and other BI solutions. Create and maintain revenue cycle management reports and dashboards for various business units
Develop metrics, KPIs, analytics and dashboards to provide performance measurement and drive business performance.
Perform revenue related data inspection, cleanup and governance to ensure data integrity.
Proactively identify automation opportunities and recommend process improvements to enhance system efficiencies.
Support day-to-day operational needs/requests of the revenue cycle teams
Analyzes reimbursement from all sources, including carrier reimbursement exception reporting and follow up pending claims analysis and denials management.
Contribute to the department goals of meeting key productivity metrics.

5 + years revenue cycle management experience- coming from a physician specialty ( Experience in GI, Pathology, Anesthesia, Imaging or Infusion.)
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
- Analytical background (reviewing data and spearheading initiatives)
- Experience running reports to conduct monthly reviews and review RCM functional data
- Fluent in SQL and BI Tools
- Experience with Practice Management Systems
