This person will be joining the Digital Product organization and collaborate across Product Owners and Analysts to support a variety of digital products and initiatives. They will support Product Discovery for all ideas/initiatives related to the Browsing, Merchandising, and Itinerary Search areas of the consumer journey on the Royal Caribbean and Celebrity Cruises websites. This person will be responsible for analyzing customer feedback, assisting in prioritizing requests and ideas for discovery. They will be communicating status and decision reasoning to stakeholders and across groups. They will review product roadmaps and create nay documentation and reporting required for delivery.
