Job Description
Coordinate responses to customer inquiries for spare parts requirements and facilitate delivery problem resolution. Managing emails and supporting order entry and shipment/delivery status. Coordinate collection and processing of supplier and/or customer data and information regarding delivery of spare parts, provisioning products or related services. Enters, tracks, monitors and coordinates customer material, delivery requirements and returns for customer orders. The hourly rate is between $15-17.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of work experience in Customer Support or Program Management in supply chain
- Experience with Systems Applications and Processing (SAP)/ERP system
- Strong Microsoft Office / Excel - VlookUps and Pivot Tables
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities
- Strong verbal and written communication
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Aerospace industry experience
- Data analytics experience
