Job Description

A client in Melbourne FL is looking for 15 Engineering Technicians to support a project surge. The primary function of the Technician is to perform one or a combination of a variety of tasks utilizing manual dexterity. Working with small, fragile parts, the Technician assembles modules that meet all specifications in order to build intensifier tube components. The Technician must be able to follow and interpret work instructions and make operation entries on a computer terminal. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
Resource Responsibilities:
a. Produce a quality product that meets customer specifications and maintain sufficient inventory to satisfy internal and external customers.
b. Process components through various assigned assembly operations.
c. Assembly tasks may include soldering, inspections, and operations using a microscope.
d. Follow work instructions and make processing entries on computer terminals.
e. Perform work with chemicals such as isopropyl alcohol.
f. Excellent manual dexterity; handling and manipulating fragile electronic components.
g. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum HS diploma with 4 years of experience as a technician
Ability to use your hands to perform precise tasks.
