Job Description

DaytoDay Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact for patients, medical professionals, and family members.
• Assess the reason for each call, determine urgency, and route it to the right team.
• Provide clear information about Patient Solutions programs and enroll new customers.
• Document all interactions in the patient database and follow up as needed by contacting physician offices, pharmacies, or other partners to ensure patient needs are met.
• Enter data from incoming documents.
• Identify and record any potential adverse events.
• Support special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.



Hourly pay for this position is $18/hr.

Required Skills & Experience

Must Haves:
• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• 1–3 months of relevant experience or training - 2+ years in customer service or a call center preferred
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to assist with adhoc projects and crosstrain within the call center.
• Medical insurance knowledge is a plus
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable transportation
