Job Description

The Regional Business Support Manager serves as a key operational partner between Corporate HR/Support Teams and Regional Business Support functions. This role oversees a wide range of administrative, HR, operational, and employee-support activities to ensure smooth and efficient business operations across the region.

The manager is responsible for coordinating new hire onboarding, maintaining workforce and contractor data, and supporting employee engagement initiatives. They oversee project setup within Oracle, assign tasks through Dynamics, and provide analytics via the QB Business Support App. This role also ensures operational readiness by managing fleet tracking, facilities support, office services, and storm preparation activities.

In addition, the Regional Business Support Manager provides travel arrangement assistance, manages office and facilities resources, and supports compliance efforts related to client contracts. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to partner effectively with both corporate leadership and regional teams to maintain operational excellence.

Experience in a Management position
AA Degree
Fluent in Excel (pivot tables, v lookups, tables)
Experience in PowerPoint and Oracle
SharePoint exp

Engineering industry experience
