Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented Project Analyst to join a team in the Lutz, Florida area. This individual will play a critical role in supporting permitting operations and ensuring projects stay on track.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and distribute permitting tasks across the team to ensure timely execution
Track the status of all permitting packages and ensure they are completed in alignment with established deadlines
Maintain accurate, up-to-date tracking documentation (primarily in Excel) for all active permits
Review and organize permitting packages to ensure completeness and compliance prior to submission
Create and manage billing codes associated with project invoices for client submission
Support overall project workflow by identifying gaps, following up with stakeholders, and helping drive efficiency in the permitting process
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Required Skills & Experience
Minimum of a HS diploma
Must be computer literate.
Having prior knowledge with data is helpful
Excel Experience
