Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy professional to support client operations through work order creation, employee coordination, and field mapping. This role involves working across multiple systems and departments to ensure accurate project setup and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Work Order (WO) Creation
Utilize client work management systems to create and manage work orders.
Coordinate data entry and updates within internal tracking systems.
Client Roster Management
Maintain and update internal client rosters, including contract employee details such as ID badge numbers, email addresses, and reporting leaders.
Field Map Creation
Use proprietary client software and cloud-based mapping tools to generate field maps.
Ensure maps accurately reflect distribution pole lines and associated equipment based on job type.
Project Assignment via Microsoft Dynamics
Create new work orders and assign employees to client projects.
Understand and apply billing classifications based on role and department.
Cross-Departmental Coordination
Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager, including collaboration with other departments to support operational needs.
