Job Description
A client of Insight Global is seeking a Pharmacist to perform essential pharmacy functions within a hospital setting. This individual will provide medication dispensing, clinical pharmacy support, patient care collaboration, and adherence to safety and quality standards. The Pharmacist will demonstrate competency across all areas of health system pharmacy practice, including distributive services, pharmacotherapy, drug information, and practice management.

Required Skills & Experience
• Pharmacy degree (Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD)
• Active Florida Board of Pharmacy license (renewed every two years)
• Understanding of hospital pharmacy workflows, safety, and emergency protocols
• Experience with medication dispensing systems and pharmacy equipment
• Strong clinical skills (pharmacotherapy, pharmacokinetics, patient care planning)
• Familiarity with hospital computer systems/applications (Epic, Omnicell)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Previous hospital pharmacy experience
