3+ years of experience with support or implementation of OpenText VIM solution.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex functional issues.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong understanding of all core VIM processes
Experience with system integrations including EDI based (e.g. Ariba, Fieldglass) and email channels (OCR).
Experience in Agile methodology usage would be differential.

VIM Workflow Streamlining Improving automation of OCR based invoices, reducing occurrences of workflow issues and missing agent assignments.
Monitor all system functions of VIM including inbound and outbound integrations
Respond to incidents raised in ServiceNow in accordance with Mosaics SLAs
Support the IT project teams as needed for system improvements / enhancements
Communicate with business partners in A/P, Procurement, Finance and Tax in relation to support activities
Communicate with and raise cases to third parties including SAP and OpenText when required
Support integration scenarios between SAP Ariba, Fieldglass, and S/4HANA.
Collaborate with other IT teams including Procurement functional team, Basis and ABAP to ensure timely resolution to system issues.
English proficiency required; Portuguese or Spanish is a plus.
