Insight Global is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition Strategy. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously refining an enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategy. The position focuses on developing innovative, compliant recruiting solutions that align with global business objectives and respond to evolving market dynamics.
Success in this role requires strong collaboration with HR teams and business partners, ensuring governance that drives sustainable results. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with deep expertise in talent acquisition, emerging TA technologies, and workforce planning—capable of leading transformation across diverse markets and functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Develop multi-year TA strategies, partner with HRBPs and Workforce Planning to anticipate future needs, and align with internal mobility and succession planning.
Employer Branding & Pipelines:
Position the company as an employer of choice, design proactive talent pipelines (early career, diversity, niche roles), and optimize programs through data-driven insights.
Technology & Change Management:
Collaborate on tech solutions and lead change initiatives for smooth adoption of new TA strategies.
Analytics & Market Intelligence:
Manage budgets, analyze recruitment channels and market trends, and provide actionable insights to improve quality and cost.
People Leadership:
Lead a global TA team, foster innovation and accountability, and align team goals with enterprise objectives.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree required
10+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, HR strategy, or related field
Demonstrated qualitative and quantitative skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams.
Deep understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and financial principles.
Highly collaborative with the ability to influence across marketing, sales, product, and HR functions.
Bilingual - Portuguese preferred
