Workflow Optimization & Provider Experience
•Design efficient, standardized clinical workflows in partnership with clinical leadership.
•Reduce provider burden through documentation, ordering, and charting optimization.
•Improve clinic throughput and care team efficiency.
•Support adoption through training, change management, and feedback loops.

Value-Based Care Enablement
•Enable tools for risk adjustment, gaps in care closure, care management, and population health.
•Support improvement of HEDIS, STAR ratings, and VBC performance.

•Introduce automation and AI to reduce administrative burden.

Implementation & Change Delivery
•Lead new module implementations, enhancements, and feature rollouts.
•Oversee requirements, testing, training, and go live support.
•Ensure validated, compliant, safe change delivery in partnership with PMO.

Integration & Interoperability
•Define clinical data and workflow requirements for interfaces.
•Support integrations with labs, imaging, pharmacy, care coordination, patient engagement, RCM, HR, and SCM systems.
•Ensure interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR) and validate clinical data flows.

Clinical Data Quality & Documentation
•Ensure accurate, complete, compliant clinical documentation.
•Maintain templates, order sets, smart tools, and structured data elements.
•Partner with coding, RCM, and compliance to reduce documentation errors.
•Support clinical quality reporting and regulatory submissions.

Provider & Clinic Support
•Provide Tier 2/3 support for eCW and clinical applications.
•Serve as primary point of contact for clinical system issues across 100+ clinics.
•Train providers and maintain super user networks.

Governance & Compliance
•Participate in clinical governance committees.
•Ensure systems support clinical safety, regulatory compliance, and accreditation.
•Maintain audit trails, access controls, and data integrity.
