Insight Global is hiring a Superintendent for a private construction company that is expanding efforts for a new construction residential home 55 and up community in Lakeland, FL. Permitting is approved, with an immediate need to start on 12 residential homes with plans of expanding to 85 lots. Will be working alongside the PM, responsible for managing all functions of the construction site related to
building quality residential homes. This role involves supervising construction from the initial
stages through to closing, maximizing profits while maintaining excellence through the firms
business model. This position ensures quality assurance and customer satisfaction throughout the construction process, overseeing the planning and direction of the staff and trade partners in
the construction and completion of homes.
BONUS STRUCTURE:
Base salary + 2k per home closed in 90 day period

5+ years of residential construction experience, preferably in new home building.
Proven experience managing multiple construction projects simultaneously.
Strong knowledge of local building codes, OSHA regulations, and construction best
practices.
Proficient in reading blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications.
Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to manage and motivate subcontractors and crews effectively.
Comfortable using construction management software and mobile apps.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Construction Management certification or relevant trade certifications.
OSHA 10 or 30 certification.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
