Job Description
We are seeking two Senior Guidewire Jutro Developer to design and build modern digital insurance portals using Guidewire Jutro and the Engage digital experience framework. This role is focused on developing customer and agent-facing Guidewire portals, while integrating deeply with Guidewire PolicyCenter through Edge APIs and backend services. The ideal candidate combines strong front-end engineering expertise with solid Guidewire integration knowledge and a disciplined approach to testing.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Guidewire Jutro
• Experience building Guidewire Engage digital portals (customer or agent)
• Advanced proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
• Strong experience with React and modern front-end patterns
• Solid understanding of Guidewire PolicyCenter integrations
• Hands-on experience consuming Guidewire Edge APIs
• Working knowledge of Java and Gosu sufficient to collaborate on backend integrations
• Experience with testing technologies, including:
• Unit testing (Jest, Vitest)
• Component testing (React Testing Library)
• End-to-end testing (Cypress, Playwright)
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, authentication, and authorization patterns
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP)
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for frontend applications
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Prior experience in a lead or senior UI role on Guidewire digital programs
