Job Description
The Principal Structural Engineer leads the design and analysis of ductwork and structural systems for SCR (Selective Catalytic Redution) projects. This role manages a team of engineers and technical staff to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all required codes and standards.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineering (PE) Certification
- 20+ years of experience within civil/structural engineering
- Experience with SCR (Selective Catalyst Reduction) systems.
- Experience with high temperature duct work design.
- Experience with STAAD.Pro, AutoCAD/MicroStation, Smart Plant 3D/Tekla/Revit
- Strong familiarity with ASCE 7, IBC, AISC, ACI, API, AWS, ANSI, ASME, ASTM, OSHA
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time which may include oversees as needed.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Familiarity with DIN 4024, ISO 1940 is a plus.
- Experience with SAP2000 and GT STRUDL
- Experience with 2D CAD drafting tools
- Experience with power plants and boiler applications
