Job Description
A large financial client is building out a new team for client success within its Corporate Trust division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Corporate Trust, with hands-on experience serving as a main escalation point for clients. This team will sit within operations and handle all aspects of corporate trust for highly-complex portfolios. You’ll focus on driving client satisfaction, resolving complex issues, and improving service delivery at the root cause, working across internal teams (Product, Operations, Risk, Legal). The role requires strong executive communication, problem-solving, and relationship management, with the ability to manage difficult situations while maintaining trust and urgency.

Required Skills & Experience
• 12+ years in Corporate Trust, structured debt, or related financial services (client service, relationship management, or similar)
• Experience managing a complex portfolio of clients (e.g., banks, alternative investment funds, middle market, private credit/equity etc)
• Strong understanding of structured debt / loans / CLOs (or adjacent)
• Proven client-facing experience handling escalations and complex issues; proven track record interfacing with C-Suite
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder coordination skills (owning outcomes, aligning teams, driving resolution)
• Strong executive communication and storytelling ability (clear, confident client messaging)
• Demonstrated client obsession and strong sense of urgency

• MBA or advanced degree
