Job Description
Responsible for implementing construction execution plans and procedures in coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered from initiation through completion in alignment with budget, schedule, and quality requirements. This includes overseeing day-to-day construction activities such as progress tracking, productivity, labor utilization, quality control, and safety compliance. You will lead and support on-site teams, coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, and ensure TFAs have the tools and knowledge needed to perform effectively. Additionally, you will monitor performance, track material and manpower usage, assist in securing permits, and collaborate with procurement to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment. The Manager, Construction Site Services, reports directly to the Senior Manager of Mechanical and Electrical Construction.

Required Skills & Experience
• Education/Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Engineering or Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university; a minimum of eight (8) years related experience and/or training in Gas or Steam Turbine EPC projects, downstream and upstream projects and/or major EPC industrial projects.
• Certification/License: Ten (10) hours of OSHA training/experience, recommended, but not required.
• Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
• Mathematical Skills: Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
• Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
