Job Description

Oversee the installation of small wastewater treatment units to replace failing septic tanks and drain fields
Managing the permitting, field investigation, subcontractors and inventory
Manage a fast-paced environment with as many as 9 construction sites at one time (Typical construction is one to two days)

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience as a Construction Manager, managing a lot of small jobs/projects (residential preferably but could be utility within commercial space)
2-year certification in the construction management space or Bachelors degree
Computer savvy and understanding of keeping records and handling permits

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience in wastewater treatment
