A global banking client is looking to hire a Client Services Analyst in Lake Mary, FL. The Client Service team works with external clients to resolve the most complex day-to-day issues and leverages the appropriate resources at the bank to resolve their inquiries. They are responsible for the front-line communication and support of clients requests, mainly via telephone, email, or chat. They will also be responsible for building both internal partnerships as well as external relationships with the clients. Client inquiries can range from account maintenance requests such as: checking on an account status, helping with a password reset, audit trail, etc., to more complex client issues such as: cost basis issues, wash sales, trying to open an account in a foreign country, etc. The ideal candidate is someone who has a background in Client Service within a Financial Services, Wealth Management, or Brokerage environment. These individuals must be comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced work environment, be able to do their own research or ask for help if they do not understand a client request and be able to provide top-notch professional communication and support to their clients.
- Providing support to major clients in addressing and resolving complex operational and technical issues and ensuring requests are executed.
- Uses developed communication skills to deliver high quality service to a specialized client base.
- Provides key individuals at assigned clients information related to products and services representing a broad array of lines of business and geographies and leverages an in-depth understanding of broader services and offerings at the bank.
- Proactively assists clients in reviewing potential business needs and facilitates introductions to the appropriate resources at the bank.
- Uses broad understanding of proprietary products and services to best propose expanded offerings to clients for front office consideration.
