Job Description
The Utilities Construction Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing utility infrastructure construction projects from initiation through closeout. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements while coordinating with internal teams, contractors, engineers, inspectors, and utility owners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage utility construction projects from pre-construction through final closeout
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans
- Review construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents
- Coordinate utility relocations, outages, and tie-ins with stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience
High School Diploma/GED
Project Management experience
Technical exp as a lineman, foreman, etc.
