Day to Day
• Greet and engage prospects visiting the community, creating a welcoming and professional environment
• Utilize the company’s structured sales process and scripts to ensure consistency and effectiveness
• Assist prospects in identifying the right home to meet their needs and lifestyle
• Prepare and review purchase agreements accurately and in compliance with company standards
• Manage contingencies and guide buyers through the entire purchase process, ensuring timely completion
• Maintain strong communication with buyers to enhance satisfaction and generate referrals
• Source all traffic and generate leads through proactive outreach and marketing efforts
• Assist in driving traffic to the community through events, promotions, and networking
• Participate in monthly broker meetings to strengthen relationships and expand referral networks
• Conduct competitor shopping and market studies, including pricing, marketing strategies, and target demographics

Required Skills & Experience
Must Haves
• 1-3 years of New Home Sales Experience
• Active Real Estate license within the State of Florida
• Must live within 30 minutes of Crest Wing Hammock Oaks
• Must be willing to drive to different location and communities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Pluses
• Bachelor’s degree
