Assess current Salesforce org and document workflows, data dependencies, and integrations
Design future-state architecture diagrams and governance standards
Redesign Lead-to-Order workflows and integrate Salesforce with eCommerce portal
Implement inventory management framework and standardize product/SKU structures
Redefine contract object model and link to deployments, repairs, and help desk activity
Deliver role-based dashboards and enable actionable analytics for Sales, Operations, and Finance
Lead project phases from Discovery to Go-Live, including training and post-launch support
Ensure solutions meet performance, security, and compliance standards
salary starts at $120K

Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of Salesforce architecture and development experience
Expertise in designing scalable Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)
Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and SOQL
Proven experience with system integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware)
Ability to optimize Lead-to-Order workflows and automate quoting/approval processes
Experience with inventory management frameworks and product/SKU standardization
Salesforce certifications (Application Architect or System Architect)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with eCommerce platform integration
Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems and financial system integration planning
Background in contract & entitlement management for recurring revenue models
Knowledge of governance standards and compliance in Salesforce environments
Exposure to SaaS business models and subscription frameworks
