Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist for a large construction client.
Performs administrative functions and provides administrative support to the Office team
Answers the telephone and maintains the phone list
Sort, distribute, and follow up with company mail
Prepare outgoing packages and mail to meet deadlines
Maintain inventory of all Company apparel
Manage Calendar of staff anniversaries and birthdays and ensure Executives are aware of dates
Assist with managing the Company Calendar to document time off requests for all employees
Assist with maintaining annual certifications and completing database questionnaires when necessary
Assist in Marketing efforts and Company advertising
Work directly with Management to assist with the onboarding process of new employees when necessary
$50,000 - $55,000

Required Skills & Experience
5+Years of Office Administrative assistant/ Front Desk experience
Proficient in basic administrative functions Skilled in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Ability to manage and prioritize tasks/projects with little supervision
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional appearance and manner
Typing speed minimum of 45-50 wpm.
