Job Description
Jupiter Medical Center is seeking a fully remote Epic Business Intelligence / Reporting Developer to join its internal analytics team in a permanent FTE role. This is a hands‑on Epic reporting position, focused on building, maintaining, testing, and validating analytics content within Epic’s Cogito environment.
The developer will work directly with Epic data from Chronicles, Clarity, and Caboodle to support clinical, operational, and financial reporting used by leadership and frontline teams. This role is not project management or strategy‑focused — it is ideal for a developing Epic BI professional who wants to grow their skills, take ownership of reporting assets, and build trusted analytics in a hospital setting.

Required Skills & Experience
• Experience working in a hospital or health system BI / analytics environment
• Hands‑on exposure to Epic’s reporting ecosystem (Cogito), including:
○ Reporting Workbench
○ SlicerDicer
○ Radar dashboards
○ Cogito SQL
• Working knowledge of Epic data sources:
○ Chronicles, Clarity, and/or Caboodle
• SQL proficiency and understanding of relational database concepts
• Experience supporting clinical, operational, or financial reporting
• Strong attention to detail and ability to validate data accuracy
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Epic Business Intelligence certification (or recently certified / actively pursuing)
• Experience with Clarity or Caboodle in a production environment
• Exposure to Epic upgrades and post‑upgrade report validation
• Experience working directly with clinicians, finance, or operational stakeholders
• Familiarity with analytics governance, documentation, or metadata catalogs
