Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Gather and document business requirements for Power BI dashboards.
• Analyze data sources and assess data quality.
• Collaborate with data engineers to validate data integrity.
• Create test plans and lead user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Map business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Act as liaison between business and technical teams.
• Present insights and updates to stakeholders.
Pay rate: $45-$50/hr

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years as a Business Analyst in data/analytics projects.
• Strong Power BI and SQL skills.
• Experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and testing.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience in the utility/energy sector.
• Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.
• Background in dashboard implementation or database migration.
• Advanced Excel skills.
