Insight Globals client, a Technical System Integrator, is seeking to hire an experienced Change Manager to support the Cyber Security department at a large energy and utility organization in the US. Based in West Palm Beach, FL, this person will collaborate with stakeholders to lead all org alignment activities within Cyber Security. Responsible for communicating program status, informing stakeholders of key decisions, articulating change from new programs and applying metrics to track improvements. Responsible for tracking resource skills and learning. Develops communication approach including cadence, channel, audience and tools, Activities focus on building organizational agility and change readiness to enable to Cyber Organization to strategic initiatives.
pay range: 35-40/hr

Required Skills & Experience
• 7 + years in a strategic Change Management role
o End to end
• Proven success in OCM/ change management within a cyber security org
• Strong technical aptitude with MS suite, powerpoint, Tableau and PowerBI
• Digital communication tools – next generation
