Build and update Salesforce reports and dashboards to track key metrics.
Use SQL to pull data from databases for deeper analysis and reporting.
Meet with business teams to gather requirements and understand their needs.
Document processes, meeting notes, and project updates in Confluence.
Share reports, files, and updates through SharePoint for team collaboration.
Analyze trends and performance data to support business decisions.
Hourly Pay Rate: $40-45/hour

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Experience creating reports and dashboards in Salesforce.
Ability to gather business requirements and improve processes.
Familiarity with Confluence and SharePoint for documentation and collaboration.
