A client of Insight Globals is looking for a UKG Pro Analyst who will be responsible for identifying ways to enhance and make the companies day to day processes better. They will answer support questions and help with any testing as well as respond to any tickets that come in. They will work on enhancements and modifying the system to make it better/easier for the admins that use it (TA team, HR for onboarding, etc). They will be responsible for change management, so if the business wants to make a configuration change the business will test it and this person will be approving it. Business can add a rule benefit/but they will check everything.
