Job Description
We are seeking a Global Command Center (GCC) SRE II to strengthen the reliability, resilience, and performance of our global systems. This role blends real-time operations monitoring with automation, incident response, and continuous improvement, ensuring business-critical services run securely and efficiently. Monitor and maintain availability across cloud and on-prem platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Respond to incidents, coordinate resolution, and reduce MTTR through automation and proactive detection. Build scripts, tools, and dashboards to streamline monitoring and operations. Partner with SRE, infrastructure, and cybersecurity teams to improve reliability and resilience. Provide clear, timely updates to technical and business stakeholders during critical events.
This role can pay 50-55/hr for the contract and conversion salary is 112,000 with a 10,000 bonus. Can sit in Jacksonville or Lake Forest. Will be 24/7 shift working one of the shifts below day (7-3), second (3-11) and night is only for shadowing purposes (10-8)

Required Skills & Experience
• 2–5 years of experience in SRE, operations, or command center roles.
• Hands-on with monitoring and observability tools (Datadog, Dynatrace, Splunk, ServiceNow, etc.).
• Strong scripting/automation skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash).
• Knowledge of incident management frameworks (ITIL a plus).
Problem-solver with strong communication skills, able to work in high-pressure environments
