Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Senior Liability Claims Specialist to join their client's team. This individual will be responsible for a claims load of 130, primarily supporting a client in the public sector. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of liability claims, most being general liability and 25% of those claims being litigated. It requires clear communication with all parties involved, adherence to client and carrier guidelines, and support for more complex cases when needed. Consistent attendance and compliance with safety regulations are essential, along with flexibility to take on additional tasks as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3-5 years of General Liability Experience
- Experience with Municipalities or School Systems is a plus
- Experience with litigated claims
- Florida All Lines Adjuster License or Reciprocal License
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Some Auto Liability Experience
