• Job Site Safety Oversight
o Monitor active work areas for hazards and compliance.
o Ensure proper PPE usage and adherence to safety protocols.
• Deliver Safety Tutorials
o Conduct short, focused sessions on critical safety topics.
o Reinforce best practices for high-risk tasks.
• Provide Training
o Facilitate scheduled safety training sessions.
o Use pre-prepared training materials; customize as needed for site conditions.
o New hire orientations
• Perform Job Site Audits
o Inspect equipment, signage, and work zones for compliance.
o Document findings and report corrective actions.
o Follow up on previous audit recommendations.

Required Skills & Experience
Must Haves:
• 1 year of experience as a Safety Manager
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• OSHA 30 certification
• Clean driving record
• People skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Plusses:
• Telecomm Specific construction safety experience
