Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Project Superintendent to assist the Project Manager in overseeing one or more construction projects by directing and coordinating jobsite activities to maximize efficiency, maintain project schedules, ensure quality workmanship, and support project profitability. May also assist with jobsite demolition and installation activities as needed.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Construction or a related field OR 4–5 years of relevant construction experience.
- Proven experience managing construction projects, field operations, subcontractors, and project schedules.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, specifications, and construction schedules.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as required.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience using Microsoft Project or similar project scheduling software.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and experience administering safety programs.
- Experience with steel building construction or related heavy civil/marine construction projects.
