Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an Operational Response Analyst to join our team. This person will be responsible for handling inbound complaints or issues from external customers. They will need to handle the complaints or escalate them through the proper channels. This position will pay between $33hr-$38hr depending upon years of experience.

Required Skills & Experience
· 2–4 years of experience in incident management, customer support, or a related field.
· Proficiency with ticketing and incident management tools.
Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.
Knowledge of all the Microsoft Suite

Masters Degree
