Job Description

Day-to-Day:
Insight Global is seeking a Medical Office Specialist to join a large regional health system in Florida. This position supports handling inbound and outbound phone calls, communicating with patients regarding appointments, documentation, and questions, monitoring Epic and MyChart for messages and tasks, processing and refiling patient documents, and ensuring timely follow‑up. The Office Specialist plays a key role in delivering a positive patient experience through clear communication, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Haves:
- High school diploma
- 2+ years office health care experience highly preferred
- Be able to pass a drug screen and background check
- Epic Experience (Mychart)
- Excellent customer service experience in a high-volume environment
