Job Description
Day-to-Day:
· Organize weekly operational cycles
· Prepare binders and schedules
· Operate laboratory equipment and conduct testing
· Maintain technical expertise and perform specimen collection, processing, and related clerical tasks across various lab sections
· Keep performance records in accordance with laboratory policies and procedures, as well as the SOP manual

Required Skills & Experience
Must-Haves:
· Medical Lab Technologist Generalist License in Florida
· Medical Lab Technologist certification
· Associates degree of science
· 3 years minimum of experience in a moderate complex lab
· Phlebotomy experience
· Interpersonal skills
· Strong work ethic
