Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Manager of Revenue Recognition to join our corporate finance team. This position will play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely recognition of revenue across a complex, multi-site manufacturing environment. The role will focus primarily on overseeing revenue accounted for on an over-time basis, in accordance with ASC 606, for custom-designed, engineered-to-order products.
The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge of revenue recognition standards, particularly in long-term contract manufacturing, and will partner closely with operations, project management, and commercial teams to ensure compliance and process integrity.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• 6-8 years of experience in revenue recognition within manufacturing, engineer-to-order or construction
• Strong ASC 606 knowledge & experience with percentage of completion
ERP experience (Oracle, SAP, Styeline)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Big 4 or public accounting experience
○ Exposure to SOX/internal control frameworks (from public accounting)
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant)
Project based costing experience & long-lead time custom production cycles
