Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Help Desk Technician to work for an insurance company in Jacksonville, Fl. As part of our Help Desk team, you will provide first level support to district personnel for field specified applications including, but not limited to field automation system, handheld computers, and agent web portal. You will occasionally work with network services, telecom vendors, and application development to fully resolve problems. You will troubleshoot, identify problems, resolve issues, and document issues and resolutions. The company is migrating from Windows 10 to 11 and moving to an authenticator off SMS which will increase the need for support.

pay of 19-20.61/hr

Required Skills & Experience

Excellent customer service skills able to empathize and have patience with the end user
Knowledge of Windows 10 AND 11 OS (theyre moving to Windows 11)
Strong documentation skills Able to assist in writing KBRs and SOPs in between calls
Comfortable working and collaborating remotely
ServiceNow reporting
Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables)they pull a lot of data from ServiceNow

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

1+ years of true help desk experience
Azure AD
CompTIA Certifications
ServiceNow Ticketing
