Job Description

A large Medical Device company local to Jacksonville is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join their team. This position will play a crucial role in assisting with capital project and operational project budget management. The Financial Analyst will be involved in various financial cycles and must be familiar with Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, capital expenditures, cash flow, purchase orders (POs), and accounts receivable.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the management of capital project and operational project budgets.
Participate in financial cycles, including forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
Analyze P&L statements to identify trends and variances.
Monitor and report on capital expenditures and cash flow.
Process and track purchase orders and accounts receivable.
Provide financial support for various departments and projects.
Prepare ad-hoc financial reports and analyses as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Required Skills & Experience

-0-5 years total working experience within the financial industry
-Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
-Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
-Familiarity with P&L statements, capital expenditures, cash flow, purchase orders, and accounts receivable.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
