Job Description

Day-to-Day:
• Lead Education & Training operations; manage managers, instructors, and support staff
• Ensure compliance with Job Corps, DOL, Eckerd Connects, and Quality Assurance standards
• Track outcomes (OMS), review reports, and maintain audit-ready documentation
• Partner with Center Director on strategy, performance, and compliance
• Hire, train, evaluate, and develop Education & Training staff
• Oversee student performance, case notes, accommodations, and evaluations
• Analyze labor market data and support job placement, WBL, and employer partnerships
• Coordinate job fairs, career events, and workforce councils
• Monitor classrooms, training environments, budgets, and learning platforms

Description:
A client of Insight Global is seeking a full-time Education & Training Director to oversee and manage all Education and Training services at a Job Corps center. This is a contract role that is guaranteed for 12 weeks, but can extend until February 2027. This individual will supervise Education and Training Managers, instructors, and support staff while ensuring compliance with Job Corps, Department of Labor, and Eckerd Connects standards.
Responsibilities include overseeing Outcomes Measurement Standards (OMS), reviewing reports, managing department budgets, leading staff development, coordinating workforce partnerships, and promoting student success across the Career Success Standards. This role partners closely with the Center Director and corporate teams, leads audits and assessments, oversees Work-Based Learning, coordinates job fairs and career events, and ensures classroom and training environments meet industry standards. Pay ranges from $15-25/hr

Required Skills & Experience

Must Haves:
• Bachelor’s degree in Management or related field
• 2+ years of professional experience (at least 1 year in a supervisory role preferred)
• Experience working with youth populations
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage reporting, compliance, and staff performance
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Able to pass background check

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience with workforce development or education/training programs
CPR / First Aid Certification (or ability to obtain)
