Job Description
We are seeking an India-based, skilled Dynatrace Engineer to join our client's team and help optimize application performance and infrastructure monitoring. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Dynatrace and a strong understanding of application performance management (APM), observability, and troubleshooting complex systems.
Deploy, configure, and maintain Dynatrace environments across multiple platforms (cloud, on-prem, hybrid).
Implement monitoring strategies for applications, services, and infrastructure using Dynatrace.
Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to improve system reliability and user experience.
Collaborate with development, operations, and architecture teams to integrate Dynatrace into CI/CD pipelines.
Create dashboards, alerts, and reports for proactive monitoring and incident management.
Troubleshoot performance issues and assist in root cause analysis.
Pay-rate: $8-13/hour USD. Exact pay rate will depend on experience and other factors.

Required Skills & Experience
3–5 years of experience in IT operations, application monitoring, or performance engineering.
Hands-on experience with Dynatrace SaaS/Managed solutions.
Strong knowledge of APM concepts, observability, and distributed systems.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with CI/CD tools and integration of monitoring into DevOps workflows.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) for automation.
Dynatrace Certified Professional or similar certification.
Experience with log analytics and synthetic monitoring.
Knowledge of microservices architecture and service mesh.
