Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team for a short-term assignment focused on quality paperwork filing. In this role, you will function as a QA Clerk, ensuring that documents are properly organized, filed, and meet internal quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Accurately file and organize quality paperwork in accordance with company guidelines.

Maintain and update records to ensure efficient document management.

Utilize Microsoft Office applications to perform clerical tasks, including data entry and document processing.

Collaborate with the Training Manager, Kelly, to ensure compliance with filing standards.

Assist in other clerical duties as needed to support the team.

Required Skills & Experience

Previous experience in office administration or clerical work preferred.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
