Job Description

A client of Insight Global is looking for a Senior Clinical Veterinarian. This position is responsible for overseeing daily veterinary care and ensuring regulatory compliance with SOPs, USDA, AWA, etc. You will manage and train veterinary technicians while fostering interdepartmental collaboration.

Primary Responsibilities
- Provide routine and emergency animal care
- Lead and train staff in PPE, biosecurity, and SOPs
- Maintain records and participate in program reviews
- Represent facility in animal welfare regulatory matters
- Stay available for emergencies and wear protective gear as needed
- Collaborate across departments
- Supervise veterinary technicians

Hours: 6:30am-2:30pm, M-F

Required Skills & Experience

- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine with eligibility for licensure in FL
- 5+ years experience working with non-human primates in a clinical, hands-on position as a licensed veterinarian (preferably with cynos)
- Valid veterinary license in at least one US state and eligibility for USDA accreditation
- Valid drivers license

- Bilingual in Spanish
