Insight Global's client is seeking an IT Shipboard Project Manager to join their team. This person will oversee large-scale IT operational fleet projects (shipboard) from inception through completion to ensure they meet business and IT expectations. Main duties will include coordinating cross-team efforts, managing scope definition and scope management, and validating, justifying, approving, and reconciling budgets. This person will need to communicate effectively with senior management through discussions and formal presentations. They will be responsible for defining and driving project schedules, managing vendors, and aligning project goals with IT strategic technology and process goals. This person will thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment across different teams. This role is 40% travel with overtime hours when traveling.

5+ years of project management experience working with large complex projects.
Experience working with project budgets of $3M+
Problem solving, time management, and financial competency.
Experience with MS Projects or similar tools
Strong presentation skills.
Experience with Waterfall methodology.
