The Expanse go live support resource is a workflow and training resource who will support the facility / market during the Expanse go live time periods. This position requires a detailed understanding of Expanse functionality, familiarity with facility clinical workflow, and the coordination of care teams that takes place throughout the facility. This team member will be responsible for providing day or night shift go live support in the facility, and possibly supporting training providers and facility team members, and ensuring completion of competencies prior to go live. During go live this team member will serve as at the elbow support for the providers and staff in the facility. They will work 12 hour shifts, either day shift or night shift, including weekends. Every other weekend is a requirement of this role but staffing will be based on the overall scheduling needs. This role is remote based but 100% travel. This role should expect to travel to the facility with the majority of their time spent in patient care units.
