The role is responsible for serving as at the elbow support during go live. The pharmacy people are an exception as they will likely do both. All others may be support in the classroom as they are learning but they won't teach. Involvement in cutover and testing activities is possible. There will be a team assembled from the divisions and corporate totaling about 100 people to support these 5 facilities.
