Insight Global is hiring a Senior Product Designer for our client, TalkingParents, located in Fort Walton Beach, FL.
As a Senior UI/UX Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience across our web, iOS, and Android platforms. This hands-on position combines user research, interaction design, and visual design to create intuitive and impactful digital experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, mentor fellow designers, and ensure that design solutions align with both user needs and business objectives.

Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of UI/UX experience with a strong portfolio of shipped digital products
Prior experience designing for SaaS or B2C applications
Experience working as part of a cross-functional team (product, engineering, QA, etc.)
Demonstrated ability to mentor or coach junior designers
Strong communication skills, especially when collaborating with non-design stakeholders
Proficient in Figma, including component-based design and handoff best practices
Comfortable designing across both mobile and web platforms (not just responsive web)
